Many thanks. I was just listening, in increasing despair, to a new UK government appointed Private/Public safety commissioner, on BBC Radio 4 this morning. She was echoing all the buzz words in your paragraph about ICE and their Citizen’s Academy. She bragged snd boasted about local business and community partnerships to be advised and trained by police forces in how to tackle gang crime etc…I could not pin down why my spidey senses were tingling but this is a clear exposition of why and what is actually being imposed upon all of us by our governments in the US and UK; an incremental sub rosa rescinding of personal sovereignty, rule of law and democracy.

Question I feel that it seems like even tho the courts have ordered trumps DOJ to stop shipping people out and they have continued to remove people without due process ! This could spark enough fire to make the

People rise to remove Trump and his private goone squad ice . I am afraid ice is about to find out that Americans own gums and it's going to be bad for them !!!! Also there is a push for the natural constitution what is your thought on that? I personally feel we need the amendments with out them 250 years of progress fails!

I would like to think that the Due Process issue will be enough to inspire a spark into a fire as you suggest, but unfortunately the vast majority of Americans simply do not know or understand this important point of law and constitutional right.

What might truly create the conditions will be the economic pain that is soon to appear clearly and plainly enough within the next two months.

As it is now, what is important is for state level leadership and governance to recognize that the situation as it now stands is rightfully to be considered a post-constitutional crisis period, and as mentioned above the Trump regime is now openly consolidating what power and control it has and will continue to do so without any consideration as to what the courts rule.

My primary question now to most individuals who are still holding onto institutional resilience is, how exactly do they see the Trump era ending? And why do they think anyone involved in maintaining the regime's grip on the levers of control will willingly relinquish said control?

Robert I am in Hawaii prices here are far beyond what you can say manageable billionaires are buying property here at an insane rate and my thinking is they are getting them selves in a position to remotely operate. I do not think at this rate the actively protesting people will branch off in vigilante teams targeting ice and the administration honestly feel that right at this moment would be the perfect time for republicans to save face and in one move shut trump down if not the courts need to strip Trump of immunity and unleash the dogs . The movement to go to the natural constitution will take hold there is a huge following in gen x aged people on the mainland everyone o know my age is suddenly brainwashed on it .

I had listened to a zoom call yesterday regarding the South Korean coup resistance. The oligarchy attempted take over is similar to ours but they seem to be way more coordinated in their fight against it and are furtherahead in tryingtostop it. It's worth a listen. The recorded zoom call is below.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention; unfortunately I am a near-profoundly deaf individual who wears two hearing aids and audio information is not the best way for me to learn and trying to read along with the rather stilted and discordant transcripts simply is not something that works well for me; as interesting and no doubt valuable as the perspective presented might be I take in information via text with much greater fluency and ease.

I apologize. I knew that but forgot. Basically, the take over in South Korea was following the exact same path as here: the government going after marginalized communities, stepping on human rights, marshal law, etc. The uprising by the people took many events until the crowd grew large enough for results. It wasn't like the news made it seem. Now, there is a struggle to get a new government in place. We need a group of leaders in the U.S.. to band together to make a plan. I've been hoping against hope that there was something going on behind the scenes somehow, but apparently not. I read a lot of Substacks, but look forward to reading yours the most. Thanks for sharing you thoughts!
