My advice would be to accept that when undergoing an attack to be kind to your self and your body. I should be sleeping right now, but the energy (the full moon is happening right now as it just started at 5:00am) that I am sensing from everything that is about to take place today has me awake and my mind is fully engaged with my work and what to write today and as often as when I am capable. I have to try and write something every day from now until some type of positive change gives me a chance to rest.
