Bulletin Ten: The Border Has Moved—Massachusetts Under Siege: Attention Massachusetts Subscribers and all Citizens of the US

Dear readers, I stated in my last bulletin published this past Wednesday that “If you are ready for the deeper layers, Friday’s essay will show you exactly what this means.”
I must confess that I am currently too angry by what I have been confronted with and learned since I wrote that bulletin to write a full length essay with any real dispassionate objectivity to be published; and so tonight’s bulletin is focused specifically on my home state of Massachusetts which is arguably the bluest and most liberal state in the US.
Last night I watched the video of an ICE operation here in Massachusetts. A child screamed as someone was pulled into a vehicle. Two citizens were arrested for objecting.
This is not Texas. This is Worcester. This is our backyard.
A recent report from WGBH confirms what many have begun to fear: over 50 ICE arrests have occurred in just a few days across Worcester, Framingham, Waltham, and Boston.
In March alone, 370 people were detained in the Boston area—compared to 900 in all of New England in 2024. The increase is dramatic, deliberate, and largely unreported.1
In the Worcester incident, ICE agents reportedly detained multiple members of a single family. Local police then arrested two individuals, including a 16-year-old, for protesting the action.2
The optics were clear: federal power moved in, and local law enforcement stood not with the people, but with the enforcers.
While many assume Massachusetts is a sanctuary state, this is no longer functionally true. The Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) still holds an active 287(g) agreement with ICE under the Jail Enforcement Model—one of the last such agreements in all of New England.
The DOC is currently the only agency in Massachusetts —or even New England — with a 287(g) agreement. However, there is nothing preventing sheriffs from signing new 287(g)agreements at any time in the future.
This signals, however quietly, that Massachusetts is not merely a bystander—it is a complicit partner in enabling federal immigration enforcement under a regime that has made anti-immigrant ideology central to its power. Agreements like these embolden ICE, legitimize aggressive actions, and send the chilling message that resistance will be punished while compliance will be bureaucratically masked.3
This is not just about one agency. It is about infrastructure. The fusion of ICE and local law enforcement—quiet, bureaucratic, coordinated—is the defining pattern of what Project 2025 has already begun to deploy.4
These are not isolated events. They are harbingers.
The border is no longer a distant line.
It is a domestic ideology, moving silently through contracts, courthouses, police stations, and now neighborhoods.
Know this:
The raids are already here.
The shield is off.
And the architecture of obedience is under construction.
Thank you for reading,

The same thing is happening in Hawaii but the persons that are arrested disappear there not being held in a detention or police hold but removed . If you ask they play dum . Honestly feel that we need something like radio free America . Open underground real news and ways of communication .
We better take a stand soon. I was hoping Trumps parade would stop in front of him and point their guns at him. They would be doing what they are hired to do, protecting America from the enemy.
