This cover was chilling in 2018—now it feels almost prophetic. At the time, it sparked outrage but also disbelief. Surely it couldn’t get that bad, right? But looking back, it captured something more profound: the normalization of betrayal, its casualness, like a handshake with an adversary while pulling the trigger on the very institutions you swore to protect and serve.
