BULLETIN FIVE: The Court That Enabled the Collapse
Fifth in a Series on Election Integrity and American Memory
By Robert J. Rei — April 15, 2025 (Noontime edition)
The Constitution was written to stop exactly this.
Not to preserve institutions—but to restrain power when institutions fail.
And now we see what failure looks like.
On April 10, 2025, the Supreme Court ruled 9–0 that a man wrongfully deported to El Salvador must be returned to the United States.
But five days later, after a White House meeting between Donald Trump and El Salvador’s President Bukele, the answer was clear:
He will not be returned.
The unanimous ruling of the Court was ignored. No enforcement. No retraction. No statement.
The message? It was never about the law. It was about optics. It was about pretending the Court was still independent.
And now we know: it is not.
This Court—stacked by Trump, funded by Leonard Leo’s networks, and exposed for accepting millions in undisclosed gifts—has become a shield, not a safeguard.
It shields itself. It shields him. It shields the illusion of order.
Justices who should be sounding the alarm are instead preserving their reputations, their power, their proximity to a regime that is dismantling the Republic in slow, deliberate steps.
This is not drift. This is alignment.
And it began long before 2024.
The Supreme Court’s 2020 expansion of the ministerial exemption to employment discrimination—detailed in the newsletter titled Immunizing Churches to Create Immunity for a Corrupt President—was one of many early signals. Religion, law, and money were woven into a single thread of untouchability.
And now? We are watching that thread wrap around the throat of the democratic process itself.
Trump speaks of new “homegrown” enemies. Camps. Lists. Loyalty tests. And the Court says nothing.
It is no longer a co-equal branch of government. It is an accessory.
The Constitution was not written for times of peace. It was written for this—when powerful men silence courts, and when courts silence themselves.
If the law is ignored by the enforcers, it is not law. If the Court speaks unanimously and nothing happens, it is not a court.
It is camouflage.
What happened in November 2024?
And why is the Court pretending it does not matter?
More bulletins to follow.
Thank you for reading.
If the Court can rule and the regime can simply refuse—then we are no longer watching government.
We are watching a performance.
And if you see it too—if this bulletin has cleared the fog even slightly—then restack it, share it, name it.
The truth is no longer self-evident.
It must be spoken again, and again, and again.
Until the silence breaks.

Well done couldn't be said better . Yet our grand union lacks a martyr and I lack a following to kick start the action . The spark that brings forth this nation . But believe me not I will carry my flag high and strong and charge forward as did they long ago for this nation is my home and all its people friend or foe are my brothers and sisters daughters and more . For this I risk it all
Long live the union amen
Yes. A carefully planned and well-orchestrated performance.
Can we check-mate with a greater force? One founded in reality, more powerful than any performance?
Will the sleeping giant of the spirit of the American people join with that of all global citizens seeking freedom and democracy?
Let’s go, people!
NOW!!!
IN THE STREETS EN MASSE, 24/7.
A VELVET REVOLUTION.
