“Marc Elias and the Democrats Strike Back”
A major legal move dropped today. Attorneys representing the DNC, DGA, DSCC, DCCC, and top Democratic leaders—including Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries—filed a federal lawsuit against Donald Trump’s latest executive order, titled “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections.”
The lawsuit calls it exactly what it appears to be:
“A brazen attempt to attack voting rights and undermine democracy.”
The core legal argument?
“The Framers of our federal Constitution foresaw that self-interested and self-aggrandizing leaders might seek to corrupt our democratic system to expand and preserve their own power.”
Reuters, Politico, and AP have full write-ups. Do not just read my take—read the filings, read the press releases, and ask yourself: Why now?

While the lawsuit targets Trump’s 2025 executive order, it inevitably raises deeper questions: what if the rules were already bent before the order was ever signed? A recent video offers a sharp, compelling breakdown of how Trump—and tech magnate Elon Musk—may have quietly rigged the 2024 results through media control, digital suppression, and systemic disruption. I urge you to watch it with an open, critical mind: For direct access follow the link to YouTube – “Trump & Musk Rigged 2024?” or just take some time to sit and watch it right here.

Are there no laws against interfering with elections? If there are none then let’s pass some. If there are laws that have been violated in this case then enforce them.
